Paul Bell Producer Club DJ

Paul Bell has been involved in Melbourne’s club scene since the mid 1990’s. As a DJ, Paul has maintained countless residencies at major nightclubs locally and often plays nationally and internationally. Paul’s style of music covers a wide mix of Uplifting House and Electro, and by exposing himself to a variety of styles this has allowed Paul to reach a wider audience and appeal.

Unsatisfied playing other peoples music, Paul returned to University in 2002 where he completed his Honours degree in sound engineering. Since completing his Honours degree in 2005 Paul has worked with many bands and solo performers producing and remixing their original tracks.

Paul now runs his own record label Disco Cats Reocrds which is distrbuted through Xelon Entertainment and Velcro Records. Paul has multiple projects underway with a variety of artists including Inaya Day, Tom Novy, MC Perplex, Camille Jones, Ida Corr, Antoine Dessante and Katie Weston.

In recent times, Paul has joined forces with rock sensation Katie Weston to form the electro pop group "Starship Sailor". Their releases "I'm So Perfect" "Hurricane Risng" "Freak You Out" and "Take Me Down" equipped with fresh remixes from Fabian Gray, Danny Merx, Phonatics and Adam Surace are now available on all godd digital download sites.

Paul has also teamed up with the HIP HOP sensation "MC Perplex" and smashed out a brand new sound for the clubs "ElectrOZ". ElectrOZ is a blend of banging electro and Australian Hip Hop that will make any dance floor JUMP!
